We accomplish this by performing a $25.00 preliminary assessment that will give you a good idea if you are in fact being overtaxed. This assessment will guide you in determining if you should progress through the property tax appeal process or if you are "barking up the wrong tree" so to speak.
If you progress in the process you will likely need an appraisal (@$300 fee) to determine current and fair market value or a Comparative Market Analysis (a CMA) performed for FREE by a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
The rest of the process is on a commission only basis, meaning you only get charged if we make you or save you money on taxes! This type of contract assures you only pay if you save or recoup taxes and we have to stay sharp so as to make our time spent on your case worthwhile.
