Roosevelt Properties is an active participant in the communities we operate in. Community involvement helps us to stay connected to the local people and movements. It is important that we make a positive impact on the communities in which we live and rely on. A few of our affiliations and involvements are listed. The Muskegon Lake Nature PreserveThe Muskegon Lake Nature Preserve just held it's Annual Clean-up and Volunteer day! (May 30) Our part in the action as volunteers, was to help push and rake bark shreddings on the paths and trails as well as picking up and removing trash from the preserve. Great job to the organizers and volunteers! Much was accomplished! We are always excited to see our local areas clean and protected! Muskegon Area Rental Association, MARAMARA is a great organization dedicated to "building pride and unity in the rental community." Rental Property Owners Association, RPOAOur involvement with MARA has allowed us the benefit of RPOA's many tools and programs designed to keep us knowledgeable and efficient in our operations. Muskegon Inventor's Network, MINMIN is an innovative network of local individuals with the goal of promoting inventorship, innovation, marketing and entrepreneurialism. They are quite a diverse group, but all come together to help each other succeed and promote economic growth within our area!
